BYOx Device Program
Clermont State High School participates in the Bring Your Own Device (BYOx) program. The BYOx Device program is a pathway supporting the delivery of 21st century learning. It is a term used to describe a digital device ownership model where students use their personally-owned mobile devices to access the department’s information and communication (ICT) network.
Starting in 2025, participation in the BYOx Device Program will be mandatory for all grades. However, Clermont State High School will provide a selection of shared, school-owned devices for students with valid needs, and teachers may continue to use computer labs for class activities. Please read the Responsible Use Guidelines and return the signed Responsible Use Agreement form on the last page.
